At the heart of every SEi system is our Underwriters Laboratories approved Central Monitoring Station. It is approved for receiving both burglar and fire alarm signals. SEi is also capable of monitoring commercial or residential high/low temperature conditions, water detection, elevator emergency situations and medical alerts.

*Because our Central Station has been given U.L.’s highest approval, individuals and businesses can receive maximum insurance credits on certain types of installations.

Our U.L. approved Central Station is equipped with stand-by generating facilities to keep us “on-line” and at full power during an electrical blackout. SEi has now taken our service to another level by establishing a connection with a fully redundant, staffed monitoring center located in a different region of the country. Within minutes, we can transfer our telephone service and alarm monitoring to our redundant location. Natural disasters such as tornados, floods, fires or extended power outages, can be overcome without interruption to our customer’s services.
